Finding the right residential service for your swimming pool and spa may seem a bit like walking around with your eyes closed and picking the one that shouts the loudest.
However, having a large employee base and as a result more customers than you can know by name, doesn’t always equate to better than the rest. You need to do your research when selecting a residential pool service company.
According to Water Tech Pool and Spa Owner Bob Wood, there are certain things to look for when vetting out a residential pool service company.
No. 1—Do they have a well-trained staff?
No. 2—Do they charge more for a la carte services rather than offer you a complete cleaning package?
No. 3—Are they personable and easy to talk to about your pool needs?
These are the top three questions Bob suggests asking, and if the answer to any of them is “no,” keep shopping.
